Bianca Censori is an Australian architect best known for her high-profile relationship with American rapper and fashion designer Kanye West. The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in December 2022, and since then, Censori has been frequently in the public eye for her daring fashion choices and association with West.

During Monday's episode of The View, co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin voiced concerns about Censori’s well-being following her Grammys appearance.

“I don’t even want to dignify this other than to say, Kanye West, I don’t want to see him on red carpets anymore,” Griffin said. “I hope that his partner is okay because that whole thing was very uncomfortable, I think, for most women to watch. And I just—I don’t want to see it or hear from it any further.”

Censori’s Bold Fashion Statement

Censori’s outfit was a sheer minidress, which became a major talking point. She dropped her black coat on the red carpet, revealing the nearly-nude ensemble, which some critics interpreted as a publicity stunt. Body language experts who analyzed her demeanor suggested that she appeared fearful and uncomfortable throughout the event.

Following their red-carpet moment, the couple reportedly left before the ceremony began. According to Entertainment Tonight, West and Censori were escorted from the premises since they had not been officially invited. However, conflicting reports suggested they left voluntarily.

Despite the controversy, Censori continued to embrace daring fashion choices. 

Before attending an afterparty she changed into another ultra-sheer black leotard, pairing it with long black slouchy boots. She was later seen dancing and singing near the DJ booth, seemingly unbothered by the media storm surrounding her earlier appearance.

Kanye West had previously hinted at a new sheer bodysuit release under his Yzy fashion line, and his wife served as a walking advertisement for the brand at the Grammys. Both of Censori’s revealing looks are reportedly available for $20 each. This is proof of West’s ability to blend controversy with marketing strategies.
