Four people died in separate shootings across Chicago over the weekend.
Around 1:13 a.m. on Sunday, a person wearing all black committed the most recent deadly shooting. The suspect shot two men—35 and 36 year-olds—in the 5200 block of South Troy Street, according to Chicago Sun Times based on information from law enforcement.
The Chicago Police told the media outlet that the 35-year-old victim was taken to the Mount Sinai Hospital to treat his multiple gunshot wound. The victim did not survive and was pronounced dead by the hospital.
The 36-year-old victim suffered gunshot wounds in his legs. He was also transported to Mount Sinai Hospital for treatment. The victim is now in good condition.
Around 11:05 p.m. on Saturday, the Chicago Police found a shooting victim on the front steps of a home in the 9200 block of South Eggleston Avenue. e
The 27-year old suffered gunshot wounds to his chest, back and legs, and was taken the Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he was pronounced dead.
Around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, a 30-year-old man identified as Eric Chapman Jr. was shot and killed during an argument with another man in1600 block of West 35th Street.
