In a statement released to the press and public, the company revealed that it is collaborating with external cybersecurity experts to address the “cybersecurity issues affecting some of the company’s systems.”

On Monday night, the company reassured guests that its resorts, including dining, entertainment, and gaming facilities, are operating again despite the cyberattack disruptions.

Guests can still access their hotel rooms through alternative means such as in-person checkouts and physical room keys, as well as through phone and concierge services.

The FBI was notified and initiated protective measures, including the shutdown of certain systems. The investigation into the nature and scope of the breach is currently underway.

While the full extent of the cyber breach remains unclear, current guests have taken to social media platforms to share their experiences. Many have highlighted issues with ATMs, slot machines, and dining establishments.

Moreover, guests have been unable to access their rooms using digital keys or make charges to their rooms, causing significant inconvenience.
