ROCKVILLE, MD — June 8, 2026 — In a major development for the commercial aerospace sector, space infrastructure and defense company Quantum Space has officially entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. VI. This strategic transaction is set to transition Quantum Space into a publicly traded company, valuing the combined entity at approximately $1.2 billion.

Accelerating the Orbital Economy

The move to the public markets marks a critical milestone for Quantum Space as it looks to ramp up the manufacturing and deployment of its flagship product, the Ranger spacecraft platform. As orbital environments become increasingly crowded and strategically sensitive, the demand for high-performance, maneuverable, and persistent spacecraft has spiked.

Quantum Space is positioned to meet this demand by providing modular, refuelable orbital mobility. • Valuation: The deal assigns Quantum Space a $600 million pre-money equity value, with a total post-transaction valuation of $1.2 billion, provided there are no significant shareholder redemptions.

• Capital Injection: The merger is bolstered by a $300 million private investment in public equity (PIPE) anchored by Inflection Point Asset Management.
