Scott Adams, the controversial cartoonist best known as the creator of “Dilbert,” has died at the age of 68 after a battle with advanced prostate cancer, according to his former wife.

Scott Adams’ Death Confirmed During Livestream
Adams’ ex-wife, Shelly Miles, confirmed his death during a Jan. 13 livestream of “Real Coffee with Scott Adams” a show he hosted until his health sharply declined.
“Hi, everyone. Unfortunately, this isn’t good news,” Miles said on the broadcast. “Of course, he waited ’til just before the show started, but he’s not with us anymore.”
