The departure of the CFO in early 2022 marked the end of the alleged harassment that dated back to 2007. However, the situation took a turn for the worse for Moore. In July, U.S. Magistrate Judge Catherine M. Salinas recommended dismissing the majority of Moore's suit. However, the judge acknowledged that Moore had presented enough evidence to support her retaliation claims, allowing them to proceed.
