USA HERALD – Kanye West, one of the most polarizing figures in modern music and culture, is no stranger to controversy. Now, he is asking a Los Angeles County judge to dismiss a sexual assault lawsuit that accuses him of abusing a model during the filming of La Roux’s “In for the Kill” remix back in 2010.

The lawsuit, filed in November 2024 by Jenn An, a reality TV personality from season 13 of America’s Next Top Model, claims that West’s actions during the shoot crossed every possible line. She alleges that West assumed directorial control of the video and, in an unscripted moment, assaulted her while cameras rolled.

According to her complaint, West ordered her to sit, choked her, and shoved his fingers into her mouth while declaring, “This is art. This is f###### art. I am like Picasso.”

The alleged incident lasted more than a minute. An says she struggled to breathe, and that others on set stood by or even encouraged the behavior instead of stopping it. She is now seeking damages for emotional distress and reputational harm.
