According to the company, these operators utilized thousands of fraudulent accounts to conduct nearly 29 million individual exchanges with the model. Anthropic has labeled this operation the largest campaign of its kind ever detected in the industry.

In these scenarios, bad actors deliberately query a powerful AI model like Claude to generate a vast database of high quality responses.
