While Gutmann’s lawyer, Philip Moser KC of Monckton Chambers, asserted that Apple clandestinely integrated the power management feature into their devices, Wolfson shot back. He highlighted that when customers were eventually provided the choice to keep or remove this feature, a significant majority “opted to stay.”
