Andrusiek’s Triumph
An exultant Andrusiek, who represented himself throughout the contentious legal battle, expressed his gratitude to the Federal Circuit panel for the game-changing verdict. He conveyed his eagerness to propel Captain Cannabis into a future unencumbered by the tumultuous actions of the opposing party.
“I am looking forward to moving Captain Cannabis into his future free from the encumbrances the other party’s actions have caused,” he said. “As a pro se litigant, I’ll add that the TTAB is an extremely hostile environment and not for the faint of heart.”
