King, in her declaration signed on December 4, 2022, expressed grave concern for her husband stating, “I am currently unaware of my husband’s well-being or whereabouts. I am very concerned and worried about him.” She further revealed, “I was told by one of the four men who took him that they were hired by petitioner’s mother.”
King’s declaration indicated that she believed that Elijah Blue Allman was forcibly confined in an undisclosed treatment facility without access to his phone.
