🏛️ The Legal Battleground
Dixon’s lawsuit, filed in June 2025, paints a disturbing picture of alleged criminal enterprise activities. The former hype man accuses Fat Joe of orchestrating a long-running criminal organization that allegedly involved sex trafficking, intimidation, and financial fraud. The suit invokes the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, typically reserved for prosecuting organized crime syndicates.
The allegations go beyond criminal conduct to include deeply personal claims. Dixon asserts he was forced into thousands of sex acts in front of Fat Joe and his entourage, often under threat or psychological pressure. Additionally, he claims he was systematically denied songwriting credits and royalties for his contributions to several of Fat Joe’s commercially released tracks.
The lawsuit further accuses Fat Joe and his associates of using violence and threats to maintain control, while also alleging the rapper defrauded tax authorities and subjected Dixon to unjust audits by misreporting income and hiding royalty payments.
