“As a mother and as First Lady, it concerns me that in today’s past-paced and ever connected world, children can be less prepare to express and manage their emotions. And oftens, turn to forms of destructive or addictive behaviors such as bullying, drug addiction, or even suicide,” said Mrs. Trump.
In addition, the First Lady emphasized that as adults we can and should do our best in educating our children about the importance of a balance and healthy life.
Adults can provide children with support and tools they need to grow up happily and productively by truly listening to them.
Furthermore, Mrs. Trump said,“I believe our responsibility lies in the critical time before our child reaches adulthood. Let us teach children the importance of all aspects of their well-being, which include emotional, social, and physical health.
“We can and should teach social and self-awareness, positive relationship skills and responsible decision making… Let us teach our children the difference between right and wrong, and encourage them to Be Best in their individual paths in life,” said Mrs. Trump.
