The 2024 presidential election is quickly coming down to the wire. On the Republican side, the only two candidates left in the race are former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and former President Trump. DeSantis, Ramaswamy, Christie, and other contenders who put their hat in the race have since bowed out.

On the Democratic side, Joe Biden faces primary challenges from Minnesota Congressman Dean Phillips and author Marianne Williamson. While Biden enjoys a lead over both, between Phillips and Williamson, the former stands a better chance of giving the president a run for his money.

2020 already saw Trump and Biden fight it out in the general election, with Biden ultimately emerging as the winner. Now, a new poll indicates most Americans don’t want to have this year’s presidential election mirror the one from nearly four years ago.
