Law enforcement officers have interviewed over 40 women, with at least 10 women separately accusing each brother of forcible rape between 2002 and 2021. Prosecutors claim the brothers engaged in a pattern of “pre-planned trips and events” to lure victims, as well as opportunistic assaults on women they encountered by chance.

Defense attorneys have maintained the brothers’ innocence, arguing that their relationships with the alleged victims were consensual.

Evidence Uncovered in Manhattan Apartment

Investigators uncovered damning evidence during a search of Tal Alexander’s Manhattan apartment on “Billionaire’s Row.” Prosecutors revealed they found “trophies” including sexually explicit photos and videos of women in “states of intoxication and undress.”

Some videos reportedly show Oren and Alon Alexander, along with other men, engaging in sexual acts with women “visibly under the influence of alcohol or other substances.” In certain instances, prosecutors allege, the brothers and others manipulated women’s bodies while the women appeared unable to participate actively or turned away.
