Emergency response teams expanded snow removal operations across urban areas, deploying plows, heavy machinery, and additional workers to clear roadways, sidewalks, and public transit stations.

City officials urged residents to stock emergency supplies including food, drinking water, prescription medications, and pet care items in preparation for possible prolonged isolation due to weather conditions.
