Delphi Murders: In Wake of Leaked Crime Scene Photos Defense Team

 Allen’s defense lawyers, Andrew Baldwin and Bradley Rozzi, then abruptly quit after the leaked images were allegedly leaked by a member of their firm. 

The leaked images controversy forced Judge, Fran Gull, to reschedule the trial and address what she described as “other matters that have recently arisen.”

The prime suspect in these crimes, 50-year-old Richard Allen, is now at the center of shocking allegations made by his former defense attorneys.

In a filing by the defense, the claim is that German and Williams were “ritualistically sacrificed” by members of a pagan Norse religion known as “Odinism” and a white nationalist group associated with it.

Defense Claims Odinism 

The shocking claims made by Allen’s former defense attorneys are captured in a more than 130-page filing that seeks to discredit the evidence collected during the search of Allen’s home before his arrest. 

They contend that crucial information was omitted from the search warrant application, specifically the connection to Odinism, a belief system rooted in pagan Norse religion and sometimes associated with white nationalist groups.
