This change in rhetoric has sparked allegations that the White House is desperately trying to distance the President from any potential controversies surrounding Hunter’s activities. It is almost impossible to deny that those activities involve millions of dollars and several foreign governments during the time that his father was Vice-President.

President Joe Biden allegedly “The Big Guy”

The current White House statements, deviate from earlier denials by President Biden during his 2019 campaign. Back then, Joe Biden categorically denied he ever talked to Hunter about his business. And doubled down by claiming he didn’t know what his business was.

IRS whistleblowers have since testified under oath, revealing WhatsApp messages between Hunter and a Chinese energy official that suggest a contradiction to the President’s claims. These messages indicate that Joe may have been more involved in his son’s business dealings than he’s admitted.

Republicans Demand Answers

House GOP Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik and other top Republicans have penned a letter to White House Counsel Stuart Delery. She demands clarification about the altered language and seeks answers about the President’s knowledge of Hunter’s foreign business deals.
