During their investigation, federal agents uncovered what prosecutors describe as a small arsenal hidden within Singh’s residence. The weapons cache included not only conventional firearms but also military-grade equipment that poses significant public safety risks.

According to federal prosecutors, Singh allegedly attempted to sell several weapons to undercover agents, including:

  • A revolver
  • Three assault weapons
  • Machine gun converters

However, the subsequent search of Singh’s home revealed an even more alarming collection of weaponry. Federal investigators discovered additional illegal items including another machine gun, a silencer, what appeared to be a Claymore mine, and a hand grenade.

Criminal Organization Ties

The investigation revealed Singh’s role as founder of what federal agents describe as a “puppet” motorcycle group operating under the notorious Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. According to the criminal complaint filed against Singh, the Punjabi Devils operates as a subsidiary organization based in Stockton.
