During the search, officers found numerous diapers, children’s dolls, and a child-sized doll in Sutherland’s bed. He also admitted to having child pornography on a laptop in his home.
Authorities ran a digital forensics examination on his laptop. And discovered seven files of illegal material.
Sutherland is now facing at least seven charges related to the discovery. He is currently being held without bond.
He is scheduled to appear in court on the child sex abuse charges in April and on the vandalism charges in August. And the investigation is ongoing.
