Americans have the right to protest and speak out against these absurd, nonsensical shutdowns. Economic decline is the greatest national threat to Americans; right now, there are so many people suffering and losing their businesses. Sadly, the cure has already become worse than the problem.

Our country cannot afford to wait until May 1, 2020; we must begin to reopen at least some parts of our economy NOW!

More Protests to Come

Arresting Americans for protesting shutdowns will not stop the protests; it will only ensure that crowds of anti-shutdown protesters become bigger and louder…and rightfully so. Enough is enough.

How many more people have to lose their jobs before governors realize that shutdowns aren’t working? How much more social unrest must there be before officials understand that Americans are ready to get back to work?

There are already more protests planned. Michiganders are set to protest tomorrow against the latest tyrannical orders of Governor Gretchen Whitmer. Under Whitmer’s Stay Home, Stay Safe order, Michiganders are banned from visiting friends’ houses, going to vacation homes, etc. Likewise, residents of Ohio have already twice taken to the streets in protest.
