On Thursday, the department, with the help of the Oregon State Police, Josephine County Sheriff’s Office, and the Feds, executed a search warrant at a Wolf Creek, Oregon residence. Authorities believed Foster was at the location. And had an arrest warrant ready charging him with attempted murder, kidnapping, and assault.

When the search warrant was executed, police arrested Tina Marie Jones, 68, of Wolf Creek. She was charged with hindering prosecution. And is being held at the Josephine County Jail.

Investigators also discovered evidence that Foster is actively using online dating apps to lure unsuspecting individuals like Tina Jones who may either assist in his ability to evade police. And he was using the same apps to find his next victim, police noted.
