Nyhart’s background includes a long tenure at Barnes & Thornburg’s Indianapolis office, where she was a member of the energy, telecommunications, transportation, and utilities department.

Strengthening Regulatory Expertise

Peabody, who has been an attorney for nearly 16 years, advises on legal and regulatory issues for electricity, natural gas, water, and wastewater utilities. His practice includes representing utilities in rate cases, periodic rate adjustment proceedings, and environmental compliance matters before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. His clients span investor-owned and municipal utilities, nonprofits, and privately held companies.
