Trane Technologies has finalized the acquisition of CSTK, an independent dealer of its Thermo King products, in a move set to strengthen the company’s service and sales presence across the Northeastern and Central United States.
The acquisition folds CSTK’s operations into Thermo King Americas, giving Trane Technologies a direct line to customers in key markets while preserving the dealer’s longstanding reputation.
CSTK’s Legacy and Capabilities
For over 50 years, CSTK has represented Thermo King in the region, offering a comprehensive suite of transport refrigeration services. These include installation, maintenance, repair, telematics services, and maintenance contracts.
The acquisition encompasses 10 locations, a loyal customer base, and a workforce of more than 200 employees, who will now operate as company-owned Thermo King dealerships.
