President Trump has condemned the attacks, referring to the perpetrators as “terrorists” and emphasizing the severity of their actions compared to past events, such as the January 6 Capitol riot. He has warned that those involved in these violent acts could face up to 20 years in prison.
Investigation Continues
Federal authorities are investigating these attacks and any potential coordination behind them.
George Soros allegedly gave $7.6 million to one of five groups accused of targeting Elon Musk’s Tesla company, The New York Post has learned.
Elon Musk posted on X that “An investigation has found 5 George Soros funded ActBlue groups are responsible for Tesla ‘protests’: Troublemakers, Disruption Project, Rise & Resist, Indivisible Project and Democratic Socialists of America.”
The Open Society issued a statement claiming, “We do not direct, coordinate, or dictate the strategies or activities of the organizations we support.”
Tesla Attacks
- January 20 & February 19- Adam Matthew Lansky is accused of using an AR-15 rifle and eight Molotov cocktails to vandalize a Salem Tesla dealership.
- February 11- Lucy Grace Nelson, is charged with vandalizing a Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado.
- March 7- Cooper Jo Frederick, is accused of using an incendiary device to firebomb Tesla vehicles in Loveland, Colorado.
- March 9- In Seattle torched four Tesla Cybertrucks were torched.
- March 14- Daniel Clarke-Pounder, 24, is charged with setting fire to a Tesla charging station in South Carolina. He accidentally set himself on fire.
- March 18- At least five vehicles were set on fire, and three rounds were fired into some Teslas in a Las Vegas attack.
In a related development, Bondi issued a warning to Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) after she expressed support for the removal of Musk, advising her to “tread very carefully.”
