Turning Point USA (TPUSA), the organization founded by the late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, is at the center of national attention following his tragic assassination. The nonprofit, established in 2012 by then 18-year-old Kirk and Bill Montgomery, has grown into one of the most influential youth conservative movements in the United States.
According to police reports, Charlie Kirk’s accused killer, Tyler Robinson, was arrested after a 33-hour manhunt, aided by tips from family and friends. The FBI had previously issued a $100,000 reward for information leading to Robinson’s capture.
Wife Erika Steps Forward
In her first public remarks since the assassination, Kirk’s wife, Erika, promised to preserve and expand her husband’s mission.
“Our campus tour this fall will continue; there will be even more tours in the years to come,” she said. “I’ll make Turning Point USA the biggest thing this nation has ever seen.”
Erika urged supporters to join or start local TPUSA chapters, maintain the organization’s presence on campuses, and stay grounded in faith by finding a Bible-believing church.
