Unsealed court records have shown that subpoenas were issued for data from Kohberger’s and some of the victims’ dating apps and social media. The police have not yet recovered the murder weapon.
Sources close to the investigation have disclosed that Bryan Kohberger has pictures of one of the victims on his phone. And he was reaching out to them on social media.
The photos were downloaded from the victim’s Instagram account. Kohberger was following both Madison Mogen and Kaylee Goncalves on Instagram. And he “liked” all of Mogen’s photos.
Kohberger is suspected of other unsolved homicides
Retired FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer has described the Idaho killings as a “signature-type crime,” She believes that Pennsylvania authorities should pay attention to cases with similar characteristics.
Coffindaffer was interviewed on “CUOMO.” “If they are looking at something very specific that’s unsolved with these parameters, they’re probably looking in the right direction,” she said.
