The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) heralds a new era as Christopher A. Ward of Polsinelli LLP steps in as president for the upcoming year. Announced on Tuesday, Ward’s presidency marks a significant transition in leadership, following the tenure of Soneet R. Kapila of KapilaMukamal LLP. The ABI also sees a reshuffling in its board, with U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Bruce Harwood set to take over from Ward in April next year.
