Ben Hodzic, managing director at Selby Jennings, noted a significant increase in demand for tech talent on Wall Street, highlighting that banks and hedge funds are actively seeking to grow their headcounts.

“There’s a lot more demand to grow headcount this year,” Hodzic told Business Insider. “We’ve been very, very much engaged with a lot of the banks on Wall Street and the hedge funds.”
