How to File a Claim
Notices are being sent to eligible customers via email from [email protected]. The settlement administrator, Kroll Settlement Administration, also operates a dedicated hotline at (833) 890-4930.
Claims must be submitted online or postmarked by November 18, 2025. Filing a claim waives the right to sue AT&T separately.
