Settlement Breakdown

The $177 million settlement is divided into two funds:

  • $149 million for the first breach class
  • $28 million for the second breach class

Eligible claimants can receive:

  • Up to $5,000 for the March 2024 breach (losses from 2019 onward)
  • Up to $2,500 for the July 2024 breach (losses on or after April 14, 2024)
  • Up to $7,500 if impacted by both breaches

Payments require documentation proving losses are “fairly traceable” to the AT&T breaches.

 

How to File a Claim

Notices are being sent to eligible customers via email from [email protected]. The settlement administrator, Kroll Settlement Administration, also operates a dedicated hotline at (833) 890-4930.

Claims must be submitted online or postmarked by November 18, 2025. Filing a claim waives the right to sue AT&T separately.
