The President and the First Lady are now among the more than 7.31 million people in the United States infected with COVID-19 as of this writing. More than 208 thousand people in the country already died from the disease, which Pres. Trump called the “invisible enemy.”
In a tweet, First Lady Melania said, “We are feeling good & I have postponed all upcoming engagements.”
As too many Americans have done this year, @potus & I are quarantining at home after testing positive for COVID-19. We are feeling good & I have postponed all upcoming engagements. Please be sure you are staying safe & we will all get through this together.

The U.S. Centers for Disease and Control Prevention (CDC) recommends that individuals who have symptoms or no symptoms (are asymptomatic) but tested positive for COVID-19 must isolate themselves. They must avoid contact with other people and wear masks when around other individuals.
On Tuesday night, during the first Presidential Debate, Pres. Trump mocked his opponent, former Vice President for always wearing a mask in public. The President said he only wears a mask when needed.
