During the 2016 Presidential election, many mainstream media outlets predicted Hillary Clinton’s victory. On election night, Clinton was said to have had a 98% chance of defeating President Trump. However, Mr. Trump still won. His defeat of Clinton infuriated many of his adversaries. Therefore, the Russia probe is merely a method of delegitimatizing President Trump’s rightful victory, affirm members of his base.
Both President Trump and his supporters have frequently slammed the Russia investigation on social media:
The single greatest Witch Hunt in American history continues. There was no collusion, everybody including the Dems knows there was no collusion, & yet on and on it goes. Russia & the world is laughing at the stupidity they are witnessing. Republicans should finally take control!

Mike Flynn's guilty plea is concerning. However, it still doesn't prove that Trump's victory was caused by Russia. š Democrats continue to beat this dead horse and grasp at straws. I'm so tired of hearing about it in the press. š©š©š©

You're so unbelievably stupid I can't believe I'm even responding to you. Total Witch Hunt. If people still think there was collusion with Russia and Trump they are absolutely 110% certifiably retarded. It's been over a year and not a shred of evidence.

Russia investigation has been going on for months and not a shred of concrete evidence linking the Trump family or administration to collusion has surfaced. What does that tell you? https://t.co/YwV1YMZMFH

Paul, thereās zero evidence that Trump colluded with Russia. Their never has been.. That is why itās called āFake Newsā… Hillary has far more to worry about in regards to Russian collusion (and many other crimes).
