Doppelgänger Murder details
The murder itself took place on August 16, 2022, when a female body with 50 stab wounds was discovered in the trunk of a Mercedes car in Ingolstadt, Germany. Initially, authorities believed the victim to be Sharaban K. However, a subsequent autopsy and DNA results revealed that the victim was actually Khadidja O., a 23-year-old Algerian beauty influencer residing in Heilbronn, Germany. The resemblance between Khadidja and Sharaban was described as "striking" by the police. The motive behind the crime appears to be Sharaban's desire to go into hiding due to internal disputes within her family, as revealed by Veronika Grieser of the Ingolstadt state prosecutor's office. The public prosecutor's office is diligently working to unravel the complexities surrounding the murder plot and the involvement of both Sharaban K. and her boyfriend.
