Throughout the 2024 Republican primary, contender Nikki Haley has been making the case that America needs to move on from political leaders with drama, chaos, and vendettas distracting them from the issues.
In addition to citing her own record as a conservative leader, Haley’s also pointed out what she sees as the flaws of both Donald Trump and Joe Biden. It is the view of the former South Carolina governor (and many of her supporters) that Trump and Biden are too old, too distracted, and the country deserves better.
In the aftermath of last night’s primary in New Hampshire, Trump attacked Haley for remaining in the presidential race, even making comments about the dress she wore while addressing her supporters.
Today, Haley’s campaign released a statement, dinging the former president for having a “meltdown.”
