Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP has expanded its international arbitration practice in Washington, D.C., with the addition of Kristen M. Young, who joins the firm as a partner from Boies Schiller Flexner LLP.
Young brings extensive experience in international investment treaty and commercial arbitration, with a practice focused on high-value disputes in the energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors. Her work spans both investor and state representation, involving claims under bilateral investment treaties (BITs), free trade agreements (FTAs), and the Energy Charter Treaty.
