Additional charges and ongoing investigation

Huntsville police later confirmed that White now faces a second charge — sexual abuse of a child under 12 involving sexual assault with an object. According to investigators, evidence indicates White had inappropriate contact with two children at the daycare facility, uncovered during follow-up inquiries after the initial report.

Police say the investigation remains active, and additional charges are possible as more evidence is reviewed.

White remains in the Madison County Jail, held on a $100,000 bond.

Civil lawsuit alleges negligence and abuse

The civil lawsuit was filed by attorney Bart Siniard of Siniard Law, LLC, on behalf of families whose children were enrolled at the daycare. According to the filing, three separate victims have come forward, each alleging some form of sexual abuse by White. The lawsuit does not detail the specific claims, citing the sensitive nature of the case.

Beyond allegations against White, the complaint accuses Trinity United Methodist Church and its child development center of negligence, alleging they failed to prevent the abuse or adequately respond to reports that White posed a danger to children.
