Public Safety Organizations Stand Against FirstNet, AT&T Control of 4.9 GHz Band

In a final plea to the FCC, CERCI implores, “The way forward in the 4.9 GHz band is by enabling locally controlled public-safety systems to meet locally identifiable needs, not by forcing public-safety users … to subscribe to FirstNet and rely solely on the FirstNet network.”
