One of Hunter’s attorney, Brent Langdon, claimed that Hunter Biden had yet another laptop at a repair shop, but Judge Holly Meyer ruled that all parties must physically be present for all future court hearings in the matter regardless.
The ruling was made earlier this month, and the parties will no longer have their appearances excused.
Hunter Biden has been ordered to appear in court Monday. And it will be a surprise if he shows up.
