Bill Belichick, the legendary coach who guided the New England Patriots to six Super Bowl titles, is now facing one of the toughest challenges of his storied career — leading the University of North Carolina football program.

After being ousted from the Patriots in 2023, the 75-year-old coach took over the Tar Heels in December 2024, but his tenure has been mired in controversy, questionable decisions, and growing frustration from fans and players alike.

His autobiography, “The Art of Winning: Lessons from a Life in Football,” came out in May.  And he’s been criticized for promoting the book more than his team.
