Gomez shattered a bottle of Johnny Walker on the ground during the fight. He claimed that Nydia approached him, grabbed a piece of glass, and held it to her throat.

Gomez alleged that she taunted him, saying “do it.” He says that as he applied pressure with the glass, she laughed. And then he stabbed her to death.

Gomez’s wounds were all self-inflicted including cuts on his own arms and neck. Then he claims to have lost consciousness.
