OmniMax Adds Scale and Brand Power
OmniMax products, used in nearly every residential roofing project across North America, are projected to generate $565 million in sales and $110 million in adjusted earnings next year. The addition of OmniMax broadens Gibraltar’s offerings, including ventilation systems, building accessories, and structural components for homes, agriculture, and infrastructure markets.
Executives Weigh In
Gibraltar CEO Bill Bosway called the acquisition a “direct fit” for the company’s long-term residential growth strategy. “The acquisition of OmniMax … accelerates our strategy to expand in residential building products while enhancing customer experience,” Bosway said.
OmniMax CEO John Krause echoed the enthusiasm, describing the move as an opportunity to build on recent expansions, introduce new brands, and improve operations.
SVP, which bought OmniMax five years ago, touted the company as a “leading roofing accessories and rainware solutions platform with significant growth potential,” said Chad Ellis, an SVP managing director.
