In just over two weeks comes this year’s Election Day. On November 5, Americans will finally learn whether or not Vice President Harris wins her race to become the next president of the United States. Running against Harris is former President Trump, who hopes to secure a second term in the Oval Office, following his 2016-2020 tenure.
Across the country, millions of people have already partaken in early voting. Over 11 million ballots are in, with at least one million coming from swing state Georgia.
For years, Democratic voters have proven to be much more open to early voting than their GOP counterparts. A new poll now illuminates one factor that’s likely contributing to many Republicans’ hostile disposition against early voting.

Most right-wing voters aren’t eager to cast their ballots early because they don’t trust poll workers. According to recent findings from YouGov, 55% of Republican voters believe poll workers will likely interfere with ballots once they’ve already been cast.
