New revelations have emerged in the legal battle surrounding Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and Special Council Nathan Wade.

Willis and Wade have been fighting efforts to have them removed from the case of former President Donald Trump and 14 co-defendants on criminal racketeering charges. 

In the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations aka RICO case the charges are related to the alleged attempt to overturn 2020 electoral results in Georgia’s Presidential election.

Fani Willis and Nathan Wade 

Willis has been accused of a conflict of interest and improper hiring practices. And the two testified in hearings before Judge Scott McAfee, who is presiding over the case.

Willis was asked if Wade ever visited her home. She responded, "So let's be clear 'cause you lied in this...” waving around court documents. "It is a lie! It is a lie!"

Both Willis and Wade have claimed under oath that their relationship started in the spring of 2022. This is months after Willis hired Wade in November 2021.

 A recent court filing by Trump's attorneys has brought to light compelling evidence suggesting discrepancies in the timeline of a purported romantic relationship between Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

Willis is accused of hiring her boyfriend to prosecute Trump. And then financially benefiting from his lucrative contracts with her office. Within a six month period the pair took vacations to the Bahamas, Aruba and Napa Valley, Calif.

Timeline Discrepancies

According to court documents, Nathan Wade's cell phone was tracked to Fani Willis' residence on numerous occasions throughout 2021, well before the duo claimed to have entered into a romantic relationship. 

Charles Mittelstadt, an investigator hired by Trump's legal team, revealed that Wade's phone pinged near Willis' Hapeville, Georgia condo approximately 35 times between April 1, 2021, and November 30, 2021.

What's particularly striking is that many of these visits occurred before Wade was officially hired by Willis to serve as the special prosecutor in the Trump election fraud case.

This appears to contradict recent court testimony wherein Wade asserted he had only been to the condo around ten times prior to his appointment.
