Pardons for Election-Related Figures and Close Advisers

The November 9 round of pardons included several key figures from Trump’s post-2020 election efforts—individuals involved in what prosecutors described as “fake elector” schemes. Those pardoned include Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Kenneth Chesebro, Jenna Ellis, Christina Bobb, and John Eastman—all former Trump lawyers who sought to overturn the 2020 election results.
