The dramatic video recorded by Wines' son clearly captures Anderson, who also goes by Elizaveta Andersen, collapsing to the floor during a heated confrontation. Anderson theatrically cries out, claiming Wines had assaulted her. "Oh my God, she's choking me! Oh my God, she's hurting me! Oh, my head!" Anderson shrieks, despite Wines visibly standing at a distance. Anderson later went to the police and falsely alleged Wines pushed her, causing her head to strike a table.

The confrontation was triggered by Anderson’s unlawful demand for early rent payments, despite Wines consistently adhering to her contractual obligations.
