Lead Defense Attorney Steps Down
Christopher Clark, who is Hunter Biden’s long-time personal attorney filed a motion with the Delaware court to “withdraw as counsel.”
“Mr. Biden will continue to be represented by other firms that have entered an appearance on behalf of Mr. Biden, and therefore has ample counsel,” the document read.
“Based on recent developments, it appears that the negotiation and drafting of the plea agreement and diversion agreement will be contested, and Mr. Clark is a percipient witness to those issues,” the document claims.
President Joe Biden’s DOJ through Weiss attempted to offer Hunter a “sweetheart deal.” The deal that would have avoided prison time for Hunter. And given him immunity from future charges.
The deal fell apart in court when Judge Maryellen Noreika learned that Hunter is still under investigation and may face more charges.
