The legal battle between Migos member Offset and producer ChaseTheMoney has taken a new turn as the Atlanta rapper seeks judicial intervention to move forward with his lawsuit. Court documents reveal that Offset has formally requested a California judge approve alternative methods of serving legal papers to the producer after multiple failed attempts through conventional channels.

This development comes as Offset continues to promote his latest musical endeavors, including his recent single “Bodies” featuring JID, which competed against his wife Cardi B’s anticipated release “Outside.” However, unresolved business from his previous album “Set It Off” continues to cast a shadow over his current projects.
