Trump-Kennedy Alliance Shakes Up 2024 Presidential Race

In a gesture aimed at solidifying this new alliance, Trump announced that, if elected, he would establish a commission on assassination attempts in honor of Kennedy’s father, Robert F. Kennedy, and uncle, former President John F. Kennedy, both of whom were assassinated. The commission would be tasked with releasing the remaining documents on the 1963 assassination, records that Trump did not release during his previous term in office.

Kennedy, in his remarks, recounted conversations with Trump about shared issues, stating that they discussed topics that “bind us together,” including “having safe food and ending the chronic disease epidemic.”

 Kennedy, known for his controversial stance on vaccines, posed a question to the audience: “Don’t you want a president that’s going to make America healthy again?”

This alliance marks a significant shift in the relationship between Trump and Kennedy, who have spent years publicly criticizing each other. 

Trump has previously referred to Kennedy as a “phony radical left fool,” a “Democratic ‘plant,'” and a “liberal lunatic,” despite many of Kennedy’s views conflicting with those of the Democratic Party.
