Trump has repeatedly hit Joe Biden for failing to come out against violence. Over the weekend, the former vice president professed to be against violence regardless of the perpetrators’ politics.
However, Biden also claimed that President Trump himself has condoned political violence. Objectively, this is not accurate; in fact, the president has gone on record, stating that his supporters should leave stopping riots in the hands of law enforcement.
By the president’s own admission, he believes that Joe Biden is controlled by “people in the dark shadows.” When Ingraham asked Trump to provide additional details, the president explained that during last week’s Republican National Convention, individuals in “dark uniforms, black uniforms with gear” were seen departing from a plane in D.C.
Pushback from Joe Biden
The former vice president continues to go after Trump as political violence comes under a microscope. Biden has implied that a Trump re-election will only engender more unrest across the nation.
