“It’s shocking that Iran continues to execute protesters despite international outcry. We urge Iran to halt all executions.”
#Iran: We deplore the execution of two more protesters, #MohammadMehdiKarami & #MohammadHosseini, following unfair trials based on forced confessions. It's shocking that Iran continues to execute protesters despite international outcry. We urge Iran to halt all executions.

Executed in Iran
Despite worldwide condemnation, the Iranian government is continuing to dole out harsh punishments to anyone who defies the current government. And 24 people have been sentenced to death to date.
According to Amnesty International, at least 18,000 people have been arrested and are being held without trial.
The Iranian regime has been condemned by the international community for its show trials and its abusive treatment of prisoners.
The protests started after the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, who was killed by Iran’s morality police for wearing her hijab incorrectly.
Many of the protests have had a large number of women involved in protesting for women’s rights. But the uprising has morphed into large protests for democracy, and a complete change to the Iranian regime. And are said to be the largest threat to the Iranian regime since its founding in 1979.
World condemns Iran
Smaller protests have broken out across the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. The Organization of Iranian American Communities (OIAC)has hosted multiple rallies in Washington, D.C., to support the Iranian protests from overseas.
